I don't update my journal quite as often as I should!
I'll kind of summarize what's going on.

A miracle has happened and and myself have snagged an Artist Alley table at Tokyo in Tulsa!

So if  you happen to be the the Tulsa, Oklahoma area August 2-4th you can go into the convention and see our lovely faces.
Of course I recommend buying a ticket and not just waltzing right in and getting into trouble.

So we are working on prints, buttons, stickers, bookmarks and more for our table!
I'll be uploading photos of them as they come along to give an idea of what they will look like.

MINI COMIC!
As part of school and in my own time I am working on both a mini comic to sell at the convention as well as working on other stories, so if you check on tumblr, you might catch a glimpse of some concept sketches and art for both! I will try to upload them to my scraps later on, but because tumblr has a wonderful app that allows me to send pictures from my phone straight to my blog, it is MUCH easier and a lot faster.
For the mini comic, I will most likely be uploading the first 5 pages on Deviantart to be previewed by my watchers. After that, you will have to purchase the mini comic to be able to read the rest, but don't worry! They won't be pricey! After all, it's a mini comic! I wouldn't ask for anything over $5 since this is my first one.
I will be printing and binding them myself as well, so I can guarantee they will look great!

School is fine so far, the stress gets to me a lot. But the classes are really helping me along improving my artwork and my stories, so I feel like even if I have somewhat suffered stress-wise, I come out of it knowing a lot more.
Plus Spring Break definitely brought my nerves down. Lots of Minecraft fun and lovely friends.
It was also nice to be able to work on some Madoka Magica fanart for sure! I have yet to upload sketches yet, but it will come in due time.

I'm not sure if any of you out there care about this but..
I've gotten a few comments about my Cinderella comic. Don't worry! Cinderella is just on the back burner right now, simmering and glaring angrily at me.
I am working on revamping the storyline, fixing plot holes, tying dangling threads, and just improving the overall story. I will NOT be redoing the pages I have so far. As much as I would LIKE to, I know how annoying that is to readers. I have been in your shoes when I have seen an artist do that and I just want to yell "I DON'T CARE! I WANT YOU TO GET ON WITH THE STORY!" So I promise I won't put you through that. I know just how frustrating it is.
I will also be changing the title and hopefully learning some new things to spruce up the smackjeeves page as well.
Not much will be changing in the first chapter, I can tell you that. Its set in stone at this point and cannot be changed. But the pages that follow will look very different than the ones I currently have on there. Expect a jump in style when I actually do update.
